Visual Minds Learning (VML) is designed for parents, teachers, occupational therapists (OTs), OTAs, dyslexia therapists, special education teachers, and children struggling with visual perception, visual-motor integration, and oculomotor skills. Our resources support students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other learning challenges by providing evidence-based strategies to strengthen their visual processing abilities.
Our custom visual assessments are designed to identify strengths and challenges related to visual perception, visual-motor integration, and oculomotor skills. During the assessment, we:
- Gather background information – Discuss concerns, learning challenges, and visual skill history.
- Administer evidence-based assessments – Evaluate areas like visual tracking, eye movements, figure-ground perception, and spatial relations.
- Analyze results – Identify strengths and areas of need.
- Provide recommendations – Offer personalized strategies, activities, and interventions to support learning and functional performance.
Assessments are available virtually or in person (limited locations).
